  Love the merchandise! I have always had a great experience at every location, however, this was not the case at Highland Village. I was amazed at how terrible the customer service was, and from the manager of the store! We were shopping for a special occasion, wedding on the beach. The bride, the mother of bride and I walked in around 7pm. The bride asked if any of the Spring clothes were out, in which she got a dry reply saying 'putting them out now'. She then had to ask them for a dressing room. We were the only customers in the store. No help in the dressing rooms what so ever. They even turned the music off at 7:45pm. I asked what time the store closed, wondering why the music turned off, a woman replied '8pm'. I asked who the manager was? She said she was. It's like they didn't want our business at all. I've been working in the customer service industry for 13 years now and I was shocked. If my employers knew I treated their business like this, I would be fired in a heartbeat. Really put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun experience for the bride. Not impressed at all.
